1964
Noshir Talati, Chairman and Founder, began his career from a small 100sq.ft. office in Mumbai at the age of 22. Starting Noshir Talati Architect with friend and current partner Naushir DeVitre

1967-75
Noshir Talati starts pioneering the field of interior design as a profession in the city.
Concept of Associates initiated.

1975
The current firm Talati and Panthaky Pvt. Ltd. was established with the joining of current partner Nozer Panthaky

1981
Cadbury House was erected as the first major landmark project for TPA

1982-95
Phiroze Panthaky and Naushir DeVitre join as directors as the company grows

1995-2005
Expanded into offering project management services (TBD), Shahrookh Mehta joins as director

2006
TPA moves into its current 17,000 sq.ft. office in its landmark project Ceejay House

2006-07
Established an overseas operation setting up an office in Muscat, Oman to cater to the Middle East region with more that 5 million sq.ft of ongoing work

2008-2009
Established various JV's/MOU's with internationally renowned firms enhancing its geographical reach and service offering.

2010
Ongoing projects of approximately 40 million sq. ft. in India. Staff Strength 300 and growing
