A single residential tower rising to an immense height of 320 meters, Palais Royale coming up at Worli, in Central Mumbai is an iconic project.

With under 100 exclusive apartments the design is an engineering feat, incorporating an astounding 200 meter atrium one of the tallest ever atriums in a residential building. Planned to be the first skyscraper to be completely clad with Corian®, the facade will be weather resistant to humidity and tropical weather thereby completely maintenance free.
Although the building offers unlimited state of the art luxury, it is an environmentally friendly project being the first residential building in India with a LEEDS rating with the possibility of being the first residential building in the world to get a Platinum evaluation.
