An educational campus master plan, for over 2000 students in the fields of medicine, engineering and computer science. Built in the city of Shirpur on a 25 acre site next to a river, this educational campus is a notable endeavor.

TPA has been given the single responsibility for developing the entire scope of the project from the concept and site planning to the building interiors. The recent completion of phase 1 of the project comprised of the main administrative building, medical school building, student hostels and staff quarters measuring a total of 1.5 million sq ft.
